6. Broken Replacement Warranty
We offer a broken replacement warranty on eligible jewellery items.
Warranty Coverage

Jewellery damaged during delivery (must report within 24–48 hours).

Jewellery that breaks under normal use within the warranty period.
Warranty Does NOT Cover

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemicals, perfume, water, or rough handling.

Warranty Process
