At JewelleryForHer.com, we are committed to delivering your beautiful jewellery pieces safely, quickly, and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship all across Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, and seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time & Tracking

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Urban Areas (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: Up to 7 business days

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of 200 PKR applies to all orders in Pakistan.

  • No minimum order value is required.

  • Free shipping is not available at this time.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship exclusively through trusted courier services, including:

  • M&P

Our couriers are selected based on reliability, speed, and service quality.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Delivery may fail due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

  • Customer refusal to accept the parcel

In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or goes missing in transit:

  • We will open an investigation with the courier.

  • After verification, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.

Proof of delivery (POD) may be required during the investigation process.

8. Shipping Policy for Returns & Exchanges

  • Our 3-Day Easy Return Policy applies (see our Return Policy for full details).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs: 200 PKR per product, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
