Our standard service charge is 200, which applies to:

  • Cleaning & polishing

  • Minor adjustments

  • Size corrections (where applicable)

  • Basic repair inspection

🛡 Broken Replacement Warranty

We care about your jewellery as much as you do.
That’s why we provide a broken replacement warranty on eligible items:

  • If your jewellery arrives damaged, we will replace it for free.

  • If your jewellery breaks under normal use within the warranty period, you can request a replacement.

  • A 200 service charge may apply for processing and handling of warranty claims.

  • Replacement is subject to availability of the same or similar item.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chemicals, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
