At JewelleryForHer.com, we strive to deliver your beautiful jewelry pieces safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping process, delivery timelines, and policies.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Eid, Valentine’s Day), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time & Tracking

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
    • Urban Areas (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3-5 business days.
    • Remote Areas (Smaller cities/villages): Up to 7 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Cost 

  • All orders within Punjab qualify for Rs 200 shipping charges and all over Pakistan is Rs.300.
  • No minimum order value required.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address
  • Recipient Unavailable
  • Refusal to Accept Delivery
    We will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and either resend your order or issue a refund.
  • Proof of delivery (POD) may be required for investigation.

8. Shipping Policy for Returns/Exchanges

  • Our 3-Day Easy Return Policy applies (see Return Policy for details).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (200 PKR per product) unless the item is defective/damaged.
