1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds apply only to unworn, undamaged items with original tags/packaging.

- Personalized/custom-made jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

Return Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and address.

Without this number, returns cannot be processed.

Ship the Item Back:

- Pack securely in original packaging.
- Include the order invoice.
- Customers cover return shipping costs (200 PKR per product).

Inspection & Refund:

- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refund method: Original payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
3. Refund Exceptions

No refunds if:
- Item shows wear/damage.
- Returned after 3 days.
- Missing tags/packaging.
4. Defective/Damaged Items
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We’ll cover return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Timelines
- Bank transfers: 5–10 business days.
- Credit cards: Up to 14 days (depends on your bank).
