Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to unworn, undamaged items with original tags/packaging.
  • Non-refundable items:
    • Personalized/custom-made jewelry
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

  1. Request a Return: Contact us within 3 days of delivery via:

  2. Return Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and address.

    • Without this number, returns cannot be processed.

  3. Ship the Item Back:

    • Pack securely in original packaging.
    • Include the order invoice.
    • Customers cover return shipping costs (200 PKR per product).
  1. Inspection & Refund:

    • Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
    • Refund method: Original payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

3. Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds if:
    • Item shows wear/damage.
    • Returned after 3 days.
    • Missing tags/packaging.

4. Defective/Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Bank transfers: 5–10 business days.
  • Credit cards: Up to 14 days (depends on your bank).
